So i just bought this toon like 3 days ago. I was hoping to test fits on SiS but i can't because hes not on my account. Can anyone help me with that?

New characters won't be available on your account until the next mirror. There is no set date or time frame for when the next mirror will happen, it's whenever CCP decide it is necessary.
