Confirmed. I was able to submit a ticket so long as I didn't use any punctuation at all.

Hello,

I had two copies of the Ltd Edition in my cart despite only wanting to buy one copy... vOv Was billed for two and received two (not a huge issue) but I only want one of them. I have a ticket submitted to return the extra copy that I bought for a refund, but, if somebody wants to buy it from me I'd be happy to ship it etc. Not sure of how to go about the payment or whatever but I'm sure we could work something out in the meantime.

Shoot me a message in-game if you're interested.

Also, are the Redeemable Items available yet? I don't see them in game and no code in the Voucher Center... perhap I'm doing this incorrectly?

There should be a code voucher in your orders packaging that gives you the code to input in your accounts page - If you did that already then you may have to wait for it to process , cuz as of lately they have been slow on the redeeming.

I bought a PLEX the other day n it took almost 8hrs to be finally able to redeem in game

There is nothing within the Ltd Edition packaging that resembles a code voucher.... lthograph, signed prints, art book.

Maybe a sticker on the back of it something? I dont know as I haven't received mine yet ( grumble grumble) but the OP of this thread here https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=5620737#post5620737 is wearing his in his Characters Portrait and the only person i've seen actually wearing thiers. So maybe message him and ask kindly where he found his Code voucher within his packaging.

I got mine today.

Or rather... I got 2 of them.
And apparently I also paid twice.
Strange is also that on one of the boxes it has my address, but the name of someone I never heard of.

Also:
The pages of the book sticked together at the top and the images/print is damaged whereever there are pictures with a dark background.
Does anyone else have that issue?
It's a bit sad since CCP makes such an effort to get a high quality.

So what on earth does that mean?

I was order #1000045 and was one of the lucky few that got to purchase the book whilst everyone was having extreme struggles even logging in to the site thus I would have certainly been one of the fist 1000 if not probably one of the first 100 to purchase the book.

The Art of New Eden Site says
"The first 1,000 copies sold of the Limited Edition include the lithographs signed by each artist."


So despite not receiving my order yet, I would certainly hope my order number would mean I am getting a signed copy, as there is no doubt I was one of the first 1000 who PURCHASED.

On the same topic, why no tracking number on my order? Every single order I have ever made on the internet ( 1000's) has come with a tracking number. Even RMA's from faulty hardware have tracking numbers but the book I paid $89.99 USD and about $40 USD on shipping doesn't? Why has European FedEx deliveries receive emails regarding their deliveries and get package estimation dates and we UPS in North America get nothing and receive no notice at all?

I would like my shipments tracking number please.


Mine arrived today, the plague sais I got number 1034 but it is a signed version.

Just a heads up, if you get a reply to your Art of New Eden ticket, make sure you screencap the reply before you close the ticket, you can't see tickets once they're closed apparently.

I was told by the GM person that my order has indeed been entered and shipped late last week. Your order #, i.e 1000098 for me, means that mine *should* be autographed, keep this in mind when you receive yours.

Test signature....forum not applying settings :(

Your order number is not the number of the book you will receive. I had Order #1000398(or another number in the high 300s: I'd have to go check) and yet was sent book #197 which was signed. On the flip side of that, I know of two friends of mine with order numbers below 200 who did not get signature copies.
