Will overpay for a starter character with decently clean kill boards.

Requires:

A Decent NAME!!!
I would like male
cleanish killboards

Helping:

Scanning Skills
Hacking/Relic Skills
Nemisis Capable
Astero Capable
Anything else that would help these areas
not too many wasted skill points
drone skills are also nice

Will overpay for a decent offer. So offer up!

i have an amar scanning char, 11mil sp focussed scanning, can also fly legion, how much are you willing to pay as im not 100% sure on selling yet.

Seems like a good fit for what you want.

Decent scanning skills

Covert ops and cloaking trained up.

Caldari Strat Cruiser V and Subs to IV as well for exploration Tengu.

Can fly transport ships for returning relic and data loot to market hubs.

Also other PVP options (Recon EWAR, HIC pilot, all racial BC and Dessie)

Anchoring V as well and good missile and medium/light drone skills in case you want to go blow something up.

Looking for 20bil but willing to negotiate.
