After consideration of the evidence, I hereby declare the defendant guilty of all six charges of being awesome.

The defendant, James Saagh, is levied a fine of 12, 000 ISK for being too awesome for this game.

Costs are awarded against the prosecution, who are to pay the court costs of 3, 170, 000, 000 ISK to me within 28 days, plus an English Language Tuition Fee of 280, 000, 000 ISK for misspelling thief.

You laugh and joke about james saagh little heist and yet you all seem to forget that there was a Victim/Victims In his Crime.

james saagh has admitted his Guilt and yet you still applaud and condone his actions. No wonder Eve’s New player numbers are dropping if they have the unpleasant experience to come cross you or the Corporations you are a part of…

Actually quite the opposite. We just went about our destruction of said 'theif'* in areas other than the forums. For instance my wh corp was awoxed twice. The first lad gets an eve mail with the evidence sent to any new corp he joins and now has been killed by hid corpies to the tune of 1.7 bil isk (only stole 3) and has 2 awox medals. I've not witnessed a log on in 3 months.

Candidate number 2 was trickier. Still working on him but I'm pleased to say it will be soon. More details to come.

However back to your losses. Let's see if they were perhaps more valuable then you think.
1.Did you learn how to not get scammed from this?
2.Content... you have someone who has wronged you. Go do something about it. You lost what a few bil? Earn his trust. play other games with him. Find out all his characters. Compile evidence. Strike. I guarantee the sheer joy from seeing him killed because you set him up doesn't compare to a random kill. And if he is kind enough to provide tears well then...

9 months and counting for thief number 2. 1 was easy. For number 2 we seeded a freighter pilot into rff just to confirm the assets stolen. Took maybe 6 months but we found his main. Also you will find me in the eve uni chat channel giving advice on how to limit such losses and avoid various 'silly' mistakes.

It's the allowable scope of the meta game that intrigues me. If the bni lads/ladettes wronged want revenge then get together and put together a plan using the meta game. Trust me it will be worth it Blink
