could have been, but even then if he's playing games since 83, if it's all consoles before EVE then way back when games where on disc, they loaded into memory, you turn the game off, it's uninstalled.

there's a claim there that the OP never bought another game that they thought hey, this is crap, turned it off and never played again.
not impossible, but very unlikely. but the OP is playing games since 83, so i'd find ti very hard to accept that the OP has never found themselves sitting playing a game that they found to be below the OP's par.

we can please some of the people some of the time, we can't please all of the people all of the time.

I'd like to add what already hasn't been covered and contrary-wise if that's the only crack left through which I can slip some text. I'm sympathetic, in an apathetic sort of way and find it interesting when I can get to it after all the other things I have to wade through before I can get to this matter which you seem to hold so dearly to your heart despite the fact I keep it on a back burner anticipating a day with a dubious amount of invigorating activity and productive sunshine.
