Just that the ball begins at a very bad time of day for us in our region of space, and with hectic planetside affairs right now for all of us I dunno if her date will be able to attend with her. Maybe I'll take his place, if we're welcome.

Put her down as a "maybe" with plus one if you like n' I reckon she'll be in touch to let you know for certain either way.

Just to clarify a point, Nauplius is not banned from The Elysion and is welcome to visit, and he would be subject to the same rules and protections as any other patron. The Elysion is a neutral venue, and we do not pre-emptively ban anyone.

The Elysion, however, will from time-to-time host invitation-only events. The Innocent Ball is one such event, and the organizers have chosen to decline to extend an invitation to Nauplius.

It's worth noting that there have only been two incidents requiring people to be banned from The Elysion, with a total of four people being banned. One of them has had that ban lifted.

Perhaps you haven't heard the horror stories of baseliners trying to find a job in any place that isn't the Caldari State or the Amarr Empire. That particular line is exactly what they always have to hear.

Ah, I understand. It's not exactly a problem that's present in Caldari corporate culture, but I'm familiar with the issue in other cultures.

I'm glad that I was misunderstanding you.

Incidentally, Mr. Egivand, my corpmate, Sarangerel Mishi, tells me you have a deep knowledge of the coffee houses of the Dodixie FedNAP station. I find myself there regularly on business, perhaps you can make some recommendations.
