Good missile skills, all sub systems at 5, good engineering skills, will be able to inject covert ops tommorow and fly manticore. Also has good PI . Good pve pilot, with a little work could be good for leadership leadership as well. Can also pilot an Orca.

Bidding starts at 8 bil, Will take 12 bil on buyout, reserve the right to not sell if I dont get what im looking for as Im only selling to fund purchase of a pvp character.
