Level 2 Mission Issue.

I'm having an issue starting L2 mission's, the corp I am trying to run mission's for is the Emperor Family which is currently at 2.03 standing with Connections level 3, speaking to the mission giver who goes by the name 'Marmed Odadi' he simply refuses to give me mission's

Do I need to get my standing to say 2.1 or is there something else I am missing?

NvM, upon relogging he now gives me missions, strange. sorry could someone delete this?

You should have no problems with Marmed Odad and obtaining level 2's if you have 2.0 or above standing.
According to this web site you only need standing of 1.0.

Re-logging is always a good idea when standings are a potential part of the problem as it forces the client / server to update your stats.
