World map control panel from solar system map - with left click

Title says it all.
After probing some stuff in a system, I want to left click in the Solar System map screen, and have a menu with 2 options, in this order:

"Star Map"
"World Map Control Panel"

Even better - a small button in a corner of the map so I can toggle between Star and System map.
Now I have to always go to the left bar, and search for the control panel that is hidden, and open it, then select Star Map.
