Charecter is located in high sec and has no kill rights. Positive wallet, clear corp history and slightly negative sec status (-1.4). This isn't a high sp toon but can fly a tengu fairly well. It would not take much time at all to train for max tengu, so this maybe a good chance to get a nice tengu alt cheap.

Would like to sell ASAP. Bidding starts at 1.5 bil. Buyout will be 3 bill but I maybe willing to except lower offers. Toon does not physically own a tengu.
