1 how are you going to prevent a scam?
2 don't trust anyone with isk that is proclaiming themselves as 3rd parties. Chribba does run a ligit business as 3rd party having been in game for so long as has a rep for holding isk in supercapital transfers and such, but I don't see the need of a 3rd party for this.

A scam? There is lillte risk involved really.

If they are in corp, small Wardec fee, big deal - with possible associated targets as a bonus.

If they are or drop in NPC corp (or it is a 1 man corp), then any small ganker group can deal with it for, again, minimal cost. And of course, a ganker can always scan the target ship if it is a ISK making gank, extra money.

After first 1-2 kill, if ISK is not sent, then its a scam and merc/ganker isn't much worse of, and he/she likely had fun doing it.

If ISK is sent, it is legit, rince and repeat.

Yeah, we're like that.

I think Rawmeat Mary is referring to how I am going to prevent a scam. Well I took two steps in preventing a scam.

First was I will only accept in-game killmails, I will also be checking with other sources if I suspect cheating.
secondly I am only paying out to the top damage dealer, this is to prevent kill mail whores jumping on the payout and that player can dictate on if he wants to payout to anyone who helped him.

500 million has been sent to Chribba along with a 125 mill isk donation for helping me with this. He has informed me he will reply later with the details that he has the isk...

Now some details on those who don't trust me and want a 3ed party to handle the isk. The amount Chribba has will only be paid out if a T2 battleship or capital is killed, that claim would give out a full amount of 500 million reward. The rest of any claims will be handled by me. I am not going to waste some one else time by having them handing out figures of money because they don't trust me. Chribba is handling only One payout, I will be handling the rest.

Once again, all in-game killmail claims are to be sent to me.

Information please. Where does he frequent? Does he run misssions or PVP? I have a fleet of catalyst alts that could be introduced to him.

Confirming that I have received 500m and obviously in order for payout it needs to be properly verified seeing as I won't be able to pay out more than the ISK I have received should there be more kills.
