I too would +1 this idea.

The amount of times I have wanted to dock in a station and go to the local bar, purchase of one of there most expensive bottles of Chilean red and then promptly smash it over the head of one of my WT who is being a total *** and not undocking. Shocked

Drinking in Stations!

Also, Bar Fights in Stations, Exotic Dancers in stations for those who'd like that sort of thing, and Gang Shootings in Station Corridors. With Hovercars for an extra drive-by gank.

Pokemon-style pet drone fights with customizable drone fittings and 3rd party bets are optional.
