I want shooting in stations - so CONCORD could come after call of my concerned neighbors and kill their dogs in front of their children (and/or corpse collection) - by mistake of course and with follow-up apologies.

Uhm , if you truly are drunk both of these don't need to be implemented by CCP as the alcohol will allready do that for you.Or so my drunken solo roams experiences have taught me.

Wish i could talk about my experiences in fleet drunken roams , but usually when i joined them i lost the fleet after a few jumps an it became a solo drunken roam Roll.

I want to see my pilot do a line of a raw booster in the station then having that booster's effect in the ship when I undock!

That would be cool...

Also, being drunk in a pod should have an effect as well...
