Where the hell is my station service window?

Everytime I dockup, the station service window doesn't appear automatically and I have to go into the settings to switch back and forth for the station panel window.

Mine disappeared too. I suspect clearing out my cache would fix the problem, but I don't know which part, and I hate re-doing stuff so for now I've just been toggling the option from small to large buttons.

eventually I will tire of it and start clearing stuff... but for now I'm coping.
