Hi,

I wanted to try SiSi.

So I have followed the instructions in https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Singularity#Windows:_Sisi_Client_Installation

However, when I double click the new shortcut that is made I get a windows message that

"you are running a pre release version of the Eve launcher. This might cause problems with your installation. Do you wish to wish to proceed anyway? Choose Ok to continue or cancel to do nothing."

Whether I choose 'Ok' or 'cancel' I proceed to a version of the launcher which does not recognise my user name and password.

Friends tell me the problem is that it is the wrong version of the launcher. On my screen it is version v.2.2.871481 .

This launcher did patch once but I still can't log on.

This is the same launcher version number which loads when I log onto TQ. TQ is currently working for mw btw.

Advice pls?

Thanks

Not sure about the error message the launcher is giving you however:

"Whether I choose 'Ok' or 'cancel' I proceed to a version of the launcher which does not recognise my user name and password. "

If you changed your password since the last mirror, it will not be updated on Singularity so you'll still need to use your old one.
If your account was created after the last mirror was taken, it doesn't exist on singularity and you won't be able to login until the next mirror happens (There is no timeframe for this).
