WorkAround: Stalling Repair.exe/Glitchy Repair.exe/Random self nuking

1: Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP or where ever your installation is.
2: Right-click EVE folder, UNTICK the read-only box. Hit OK.
3: Navigate inside ../CCP/EVE
4: Locate and right click the repair.exe, run as administrator.
5: Let it run and it will reset the EVE folder back to read only when done.
6: Launch launcher and it should run as normal, especially so if you have download all checked if it wasn't working.
