Is useless. Reported this corp of 8 or so 2 weeks ago and yet they are ratting 23/7 in this backwater nullsec system still. This is just one of the many botters I've seen while running through russian space. Guess CCP makes too much money off these guys to ban them. I'm sure they ban one or two now and again so players assume the eula is being enforced occasionally. I know the trolls will come out on this post but that's just the eve community as of late.

I post 'offensive language' and get threatened with a ban, but this one dude i know who runs a whole botting corp gets nothing

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.

Your offensive pictures and words don't make CCP money...duh!

Yes...I report bots when I see them and subsequently just forget about them. Why? Because then I end up doing what you guys are doing and I would rather just not dramatize my life any more than I have to.

Bounties for all! https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=2279821#post2279821

Stopped reporting bots months ago. Through petition they've somewhat paid attention, now with the button literally nothing happens.

CCP's new "CATCH A BOT" is no longer done by actual dev's as far as im aware, its done by.... a bot! This program takes into account how many times a character has been flagged with a "report bot" function and if it fills x amount of reports its flagged for a devs review and their logs are checked for how many hours they bot, log in times and log off times and wallet transactions and so on and so forth!

Post their names here, you will be surprised how many people will report them as bots after reading it here even if its purely just for the s**its and giggles.

P.S ill totally get reported as a bot by loads after this trollolol

That way the community of players can clean up these cheaters...may even be much more satisfying than banning them lol

Exactly. There are quite a few bands of players that are bent on hunting down botters even if it means suicide ganking them. Since you seem so passionate about these foul abominations, why not join in? Sure, I'd like to see CCP be more proactive about bots, but what's stopping you from a little street justice?

You have the tools. Use them.

As soon as I enter local they safe up and cloak. I dropped my cov ops alt in their systems for a whole day and they remained cloaked up. I did however make a ton of isk off them. They don't loot their kills, so within the 2 week period I've looted counltess dominations mods and such. I guess your right ill take this into my hands and figure out how to trap them.

And this begs to question why CCP hasn't removed updates to local. This is done in w-space and surprise! We still got game. We're just not inundated with bots. I guess CCP is waiting on designing an intelligence system which is probably overly complicated and which ultimately is only functional for big alliances. The end effects of such a system is simply to give the essence of no-local while retaining all the advantages of local but just out of sight. IDK. In w-space we seem to develop our own intelligence without the use of any "tools" other than ourselves.

Don't ban me, bro!
