invVolumes is now a generated table, containing the typeid, and volume of anything with a packaged volume (ships + containers)

Not quite as neat as with groupids, but it works with the containers.

https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/dump/mysql56-scylla-1.111482.tbz2 is gzip'ed not bzip2'ed, despite the tbz2 extension

$ tar jxf mysql56-scylla-1.111482.tbz2
bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file.
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

$ file mysql56-scylla-1.111482.tbz2
mysql56-scylla-1.111482.tbz2: gzip compressed data, from Unix, last modified: Tue Mar 24 21:25:33 2015

Still the same issues as with the Tiamat dump. It would be nice if CCP could fix those.
