You are seeing this because no connection could be made to the content server or something went wrong while loading the online content.

I tried running the repair tool, it opens up and tell me to look for a file, "See the logfile 'c:Users\blahblah\repair.exe.log"
I followed the path but no file exists nor does the file \Local\Temp\nks308.tmp\repair.exe.log

I do have internet connection, and eve is not being blocked by my anti-v program, nor do i have torrents running or downloading stuff.

Can someone help me out with this, I get this f'en message once in a while and have to re download everything.

I'm having the same issue.

2 installs. One updated just fine, after that both launchers give me the offline treatment. And i don't dare to use the repair tool.
