Plans for it at all ?, all just null sec every-time ? all im seeing is patching for the top end of town.

dont know why i even bother to do a list wont hold my breath:

* Local chat jamming
* Cloaked pirate outpost - no resource requirements, only has repair and fitting service you can dock inside no shields
* Improve boosters - Drug labs not a part of pos, it is stand alone deploy-able structure.
* Better Intel.. pirates should have a way of knowing when an industrial ship enters low sec, there is all this high technology but no way to know ?

all this ready in patch year 3000

With all this high-technology, as you so put, why can't I mask my industrial ship so people think I'm a combat ship?

Holograms ? why not ? the game would be more interesting if the technology gave you endless options, to truly be a sandbox players have to have complete control over what they want to do.

only at a certain range , no idea will ever work if you think in a way where balance isn't applied.
