Your character has 144 skills but 44 of them completed lvl5 and you've a lot of missing support skills for every part of your skills (like Drone, Gunnery, Missile etc.)... Of course Eveboard Character Sheet shows that you don't have any implant set in his brain and it doesn't has any Remap.
Today buyers prefer to buy a ready character and they don't want to spend a lot of time for new toon.
If you've great character with 38 million SP., your price's 15-16 billion but I think that the price of your character's 10-13 billion today. Maybe you can hardly find a little more ISK from one of rookie buyers. Of course it's my opinion...

If you ask me, what is your price? How much you pay for this toy today? I'll pay 12 billion right now. If you want to sell it and check character bazaar for one great character, please contact me.
