Does anyone know why Eve running in Wine does not save my overview settings within the client? It appears that when I log in I am back to the default overview tabs and profiles.

Start the day off slow and taper off from there.

Please check that you own your entire .wine directory. I recommend doing:
sudo chown -R ${USER} ~/.wine

This will make sure that you own everything inside the wine directory. If you started eve as root once, you might have changed the ownership.

Thanks, I will give it a try. It seems that the problem worked itself out. But I will bookmark this if I find the settings are not staying. I think I was getting confused by how I was trying to run dual clients.
