I agree the tier system is pretty weak but I think there are plenty of ships that are viable. Its not that big of a deal. Would the mineral requirements for each ship change? if so would all ships require the minerals of tier 3 ships? Would they nerf the teir 3 ships and buff the tier one ships to make them all like tier 2?

Its not a big priority.

-Faction Warfare Overhaul
Seriously these people have been asking for years, I really feel sorry for them that they have had no love from CCP since it's release

-Moons / Moon Goo changes
Tech is absurd, having to fight over resources is one of the reason people fight in 0.0, but currently tech is just too centralized and worth 5-100x more valuable than any other resource available.

-UI Improvements
Fix small bugs, keep adding useful features, find some way to fix the lag of the overview in large fleet fights. Team papercuts has been doing a great job and I hope they keep up the work

1) WiS Upgrades
It doesn't have to be anything major, just something to make WiS more useful than it is currently. Something like either separating your portrait from your current clothing choice, or adding a social area that we can venture to outside our cabin.

2) PI Polish
Like WiS, it's a feature that still feels rather incomplete. The recent changes are nice, but some more polish and streamlining would be nice. While more skills would be nice, you can't do that without adding more depth to the PI gameplay, which is what I really want anyway.

3) Alliance/Corp logos for ships
I would expand this to being able to customize our ship's paint job completely. It's win-win, since you can use it as both an isk sink as well as an avenue for increased character customization.

It would be just sad to completly ignore it now after so much "very good" work has been spent for WIS.
Of course right now it is not useful at all, and the store... let's just call it "failNEX", needs some serious adjustments.

Sovereignty mechanics changes

No more awful single massive high HP structures for sov, multiple smaller activities and facilities create incremental sov influence over this and nearby solar systems.
All Sov should require wide scale player use and structure to maintain and improve not isk and multiple timers.
Running and protecting Sov should be profitable for the people that use it (higher risk = higher reward)
All sov profitability and level should be damaged slowly over by abuse or failure to protect
Attacking sov should be profitable (raiding)/ improving your sov nearby (increases influence by fear)

Lowsec overhaul

Lowsec should have improved profitability
Lowsec should be a haven for illegal activities
Some level of illegal/corrupt 'sov ownership' in the form of system upgrades and more should be possible as part of a illegal 'cartel'

Faction warfare changes

Needs complete rewrite something more like the incursion system
Faction warfare needs to make a real differance improved low sec level of legal 'sov ownership' in the form of system upgrades and more should be possible as part of lowsec overhaul.

Ships of a lower tier have less HP, CPU, Fitting, Slots, Drone Space, Weapons and are just generally worse then the Tier above them.

This makes the higher Tier ships more valued then the lower Tier ships because they can preform there roles better. Tieracide is the taking away of the Tier System and rebalancing the ships around there role instead of the extra day of training making one ship better for ever.

That way Grid, CPU, Slots, Bonuses, HP, Cap are given on a case by case basis of what is needed for a ship to optimally function. If not done lazily they can look at each ships roles and take all the ships considered to be pretty much useless or ineffective and bring them back into the fold.

Wardec overhaul -> only posible if BOTH side agree !

Killright overhaul -> can be traded

real punishment for highsec gankers - it's a flat joke atm, sero risk
(risk can not be calculated. It's maybe or maybe not. Buying Ship X with fitting Y is calculated and NO risk!)
Risk can be: maybe CONCORD jails me for 1 week .. or not Twisted. When jailed NO trade, NO undock, NO PI, LIMITED chat

downszie of corps/allys/blues ... you cry "to many blobs, no small/mid skale PvP" not me ;)

Why the hell can't I fitt capital repairs or shield booster on an Orca ... it's an CAPITAL ship!

Low Sec revamp or a new permutation wherein we find a new island of hi sec surrounded by low sec to establish a new hi-sec dominion

Each class of ship has different tiers. Tier 1 -3 of frigates - battleships. Tier 3 cost more becasue they take more minerals to make. They are generally better than the tier 1 version.

Some people want that to end. They don't want any differences in tier and want all the ships in each class to be balanced. I don't know what they want to balance them with though. Do they want all the ships to be as weak as tier 1 or as a strong ast tier 3? Do they want them all to take as many minerals to make? If so would they all take the same amount as tier 2 ships? Without any specific proposal its hard to know what they are looking for.
