So while poking about I come across J144115. Locale inhabitants The Curse of Distant Stars has a single pos up for a 93 man corp with 1 CH and 1 SA. The two things that strike me as odd is that they do not have any offensive modules on the tower... I can only assume they intend to use the 4 capitals floating in the POS shield to defend it.

Hope this works out for them. Would hate to see yet another Russian tower drop...
