Which I believe it is not. You can be scammed from Sell orders? I think the Character Bazaar is the only place where you can not scam.
There are two things you may not scam with: A: Selling or Buying Characters, and B: Selling or Buying ETC's. Doing so might get your accounts banned from EvE.

Scamming in Sell Orders however is perfectly fine and happens quite frequently. As with all things in EvE (and most in life for that matter), if it's to good to be true, it's probably a scam.

The only place in Eve that scamming is forbidden is the character bazaar, which means that in probability you'll be quitting.

You should know that UaE has dibs on any person's stuff when he is rage quitting EVE.
