Heya Gang,

I've been playing around with some Titan fittings on the EFT like a good little warrior...

(I don't know why since I can't fly one of the heavies quite yet...)

Just trying to get a feel for giant fleet battles...

Was looking for any actual fits from anyone willing to share some of their strategy or tactics. Any race.

Go there look at titan deaths in B-R build your fittings off of that info.

EDIT: Not trolling being perfectly honest just look at any titan killmail from one of the blocs that died in a fleet fight. Take about 30 of them look at the differences weed out the obvious shitfits and you should be able to figure out on your own what the good fits are.

Titans are rarely used for fleet fights.

put some T2 mining mods in the high, t2 cargohold and mining yield mods in low and some resist in the medium slots

perfect mining ship
best part is you cannot be ganked by CODE cats

I guess that sort of leads to my next question (or back to the first question)

What do they use them for?

Honestly, the largest ship that any of my characters has flown is a capital industrial... these fly very slowly.

(As for a Titan, I've literally found a thousand great strategic uses for these ships in fleet engagements, or as part of fleets; I also understand the limitation of their weapons)

What about other capitals? Do alliances or players tend to use those more?

a thousand uses? I can maybe think of 4 uses for a titan:

1. Cyno bridging

2. Pos boosting

3. Doomsday spam.

4. Clone jumping

Since you're asking, I am guessing you don't have a titan, and that makes me wonder why you're asking this question in the first place...

No I don't have a titan Celthric...

I guess I would fly one, if given the opportunity (which I guess I could easily create; never hurts to research something)...

So I guess curiosity is the reason why I am asking in the first place. (and probably the reason why I previously stated that "I've never flown in them.")
