Some of us would love to invite known (but "retired") players back to see all the improvements.

I don't think the currently active players need an incentive to use this feature more than just getting people back into EVE.

I just resubbed after 2 year not playing, boring to play alone, I want some of my old friends back. Restore the recall program please.

I am going to guess the re-subscription rate was too low to justify the 7 free days of access.

We have, however, had some major changes, at least some of which I think are positive. Smile
