Probably yes. In fact I'm willing to be there will be a window during which you can reactivate and still get the Yatch that is several weeks long, or possibly months.

This would encourage people with dormant accounts to sub, which would make CCP more money and players more happy at the same time- so it's kinda a no-brainer.

Does anyone know the cargo capacity? I'm trying to figure out if I have enough prostitutes to fill it up or if I need to buy more.

Base cargo is 30m3 and it can have 4 cargo expanders. Should accomodate plenty of hookers.
