Please handle the situation! I have the book in my cart and I am at the checkout page, shipping adress filled in, but there are not any shipping methods listed at all, and it wont let me purchase without choosing a shipping method.

My Billing / Shipping address is in Hungary.

Thank you.

Are you on the EU site? I could order to Hungary 20 mins ago.

Yes! I am at the EU site, also tried the US site, no shipping options to Hungary. :(

Would you please check whether it is wokring for you still?

Still working, 2 shipping options available:
FedEx International Economy €41,63
FedEx International Priority €127,86

So EU-Delivery should be via FedEx, right?
I live in (an ordered to) Germany. Therefore I've chose the EU-Edition, of course. But the system only offered me UPS-Shipping for ~11€. I ordered it anyway and opened a support ticket. I hope CCP can fix this...

I found some kind of bug. The UK option is rolled into the USA but it isn't possible to ship to a UK address from there. The Europe option worked eventually for the UK. Took me a lot of annoying attempts to realise this!

curious about this myself

Some ease on the pain and frustration from trying to order this... or it's meant for the AU guy that had to pay more than the book itself for the shipping...

Free shipping would have been nice.

....Else I guess I'll have to live with spending €262 on a book.

look further back in this thread (4-5 pages maybe) there is some info for the people down under (which doesn't involve you spending that much)

Firefox did not work for me either :( At least I have made an order to my address, but changing the country to Slovakia. It has the same costs, now I just have to call Fedex and discuss this issue.

Today is a crazy day due to this.

I already ordered before I posted here.

I wouldn't have time to wait for "popculture" to put their items on sale (I assume that's the 'solution' you're talking about).
NZ time is ahead of AUS, and I need to go.

It's a shame the books went on sale it 4.00am my time. I would have liked one of those signed copies.

Can anyone check if the order status on store site is listed other then pending, after receiving the confirmation email of the order?

Thanks

Confirmed still pending. I think it will change to shipped, when they'd give to FedEx. Maybe will be 'Processing' in between.

Have been trying to order since it went live on my mobile phone. Couldn't see any options for shipping. Tried both Chrome, Firefox and the built in phone browser.

Waited until I got back home - now on a desktop PC and have tried Chrome, IE and Firefox. Again, simply nothing under the shipping options section which means I can't progress.

Aghhhhhhhhh

edit - yes UK. Just seen the posts on the last page. How has this site not been tested on a limited edition product. Madness.

What country are you in? There was a problem ordering for the UK via the USA/UK part of the ordering site (the right hand option), which has now been removed and you need to use the EUR side.

Finally.

I work in a fast-paced office in a high-stressed industry where a 12 work-day is standard.

Only 3 hours into the day, and that complete train-wreck of an ordering system has drained me.
I need to take a nap.

Thanks CCP, for making the book available.

Still 449 copies left. Unexpected.

Many were probably outraged by the shipping costs, especially since it was almost 50% of the price of the book, UK anyway.
You could use that 50% to buy the standard book TWICE from Amazon, and still have some left over.

The appeal probably died down after the initial hype and subsequent server fail. People left disappointed, and thought "Screw it, I'll just get the Standard Edition.

I myself, could not justify a staggering premium for the shipping cost, and will just settle for the standard book.

Collectors will be happy for the Limited Edition though.
