Having done a lot of Incursions, it would be extremely helpful if the watch list could be expanded beyond 10, perhaps via a skill up to 20.

While not impossible, it would make the logistics of running Assault, HQ and MOM fleets easier and may hopefully encourage more of the VG Ho's to participate.

As logistics pilot I would appreciate such improvement.

Indeed the tagging system needs an improvement.
Watchlisting more then 10 based on skill sounds good tbh.
