The EVE Source book was nice and I'll almost certainly get the Art of New Eden. However, I have to be honest, it's the proposed technical manual that I'd really like to see. I'm sure there are some normal people who play EVE, but I'm also pretty sure that most of us are nerds and read instruction manuals. (You can test this by posting a "Rate my rig" thread in GD and checking the ratio of troll/flames : helpful responses.)

Oh, but I fancy the fancy birthday gift edition. I already have too many books literally piled on my shelves Lol as to buy anything that's not either pocket edition OR fancy edition. I already attempted to buy the first edition the day after, and it didn't work out.

Seriously. Next time split the stacks so we idiots who work on friday evening EU time zone have a chance. Or, at least start the sell in non-labor day like sunday.

I've managed to get as far as getting one into my cart... but when I hit checkout... nothing. Been at this since the minute it ticked over :/
