Fanfest presenter fell asleep on stage

Yall are missing out not watching the stream. Astro biologist presenter just fell asleep on stage mid stream. No-one wanted to disturb him. After about 5 minutes he wakes up and continues right where he was.

Sounds like how the wife and I felt during a lecture at her college on "making sense of senescence". The presentation was so dull, that it nearly made me wish I was one of the old bastards in his pictures that would soon be shuffling off their mortal coil.

"Can we have the anti-antibiotic lady back on? She was far more interesting."

I really don't want to be rude, the guy is obviously pretty smart and has accomplished a lot, is well recognized, and surely some people found him interesting, but even with my strong fascination of science, sci-fi, history, geology, and development of species, the talk just felt like a list of his accomplishments, things I already knew, and reading recommendations, so I was too bored to listen. I do hope that the audience was more captivated.

the audience was held hostage and I felt really bad for them.. it was dead silence to the point I began praying that the drifters showed up and collected his and their bodies.

I honestly was watching cause silly me I was hoping more for it to be about P.I
