Tight Minmatar specialisation with pretty much all adv. spaceship trained up such as Marauders, HACs. Very good drone skills considering the former, good core skills, decent gunnery.

I'd say polish the Rigging & Shield trees.

You could expect 12-14b, perhaps more to the right buyer.

I didn't take implants into consideration.
