Rare BPO are only for stuff that already do not exist in the game, but you can still make item that does nothing.

For example Mines.

Or you could drop me a mail letting me know that you have the 1.8b for my pristine Anaconda and Python BPOs. I'll contract them once you confirm.

Last I saw in Jita they were around 1.5b each in contracts, so get in touch quick before I change my mind.
