Problem with Buffy Program / Past Invites - Reward Place is empty?

Hallo,

i have the problem that in my Account Managment ---> Buddy Program ---> Past Invites the place for Rewards is empty? Normaly it gives a Icon for Plex or Game Time or Special Ships, but i have nothing there. Is it a Bug or has somebody else the same problem?

Hey there.

We made some modifications to the Buddy Program on March 18th, and one of the changes was that we removed the "Claim" icon from the invites list when there are no rewards to claim.

In your case it looks like none of the Buddies you sent invites to have upgraded their accounts(judging from the screenshots), and so no rewards have been sent your way.

As soon as any of them upgrades an account with an eligible payment method, you should see the "Claim" button once again and should be able to select your rewards.
