Probleme mit Freundeprogramm & Bisherige Einladungen

Hallo Freunde,

ich habe ein Problem mit dem Freundeprogramm bzw. der anzeige von bisherige Einladungen. Wenn ich nachprüfen möchte ob ich eine Plex, oder Spielezeit erhalten habe, ist da überhaupt kein Icon mehr? Unter Rewards ist die fläche einfach leer? Hat jemand diesbezüglich auch Probleme, was könnte das sein?

In den Screenshots sehe ich einen Eintrag, bei dem ein eingeladener Account upgraded wurde - und Du Spieltzeit erhalten hast (15.März). Hast Du mal geschaut, ob in Deinem Kontoverlauf ein entsprechender Eintrag ist (wie z.B. hier)
Die anderen Einträge sind ja nur erstelle Trial Accounts, keine Upgrades. Und zwei, die zwar seinen Trial upgraded haben (27.5.14 und 8.3.15), aber mit einer Zahlmethode, die keine Belohnung für Dich abwirft (z.b. Lastschrift)

Ja habe erfahren das es diesbezüglich Änderungen gegeben hat seitens Eve und nun das Icon nur noch erscheint, wenn wirklich ein Reward zu holen ist. Anscheinend alles im grünen Bereich ;)

Der Claim Button erscheint nur noch, wenn auch tatsächlich etwas abgeholt (der PLEX) werden kann.

Und den Beitrag in der englischen GD dazu mit GM Antwort findet man da (typos included) : Buffy Invite Probleme

"ineligible" ... das Wort verknotet mir die Finger beim tippen...
