If someone quits....like quits quits, like 100% done with this **** quits. More then likely they're selling the character for ISK to RMT, just to get as much money back as possible.

Or they're selling the character to either give ISK away to friends "legitimately" or to an ALT incase they decide to come back. Where they regret selling the character in the first place...
