Quick question involving new accounts

I'm curious here. I'm looking to start a new account with the core started pack and using the 30 days to train a new character. After that time, I'd like to transfer that character to this account using a Plex. If I were to do that, would I need a second plex to allow training to continue on that character?

You need 2 Plex to pay for the character transfer, and yes, another Plex to enable Multi-Character Training.

At which point, why even bother moving the second character to the primary account? If you want to train them both just keep them separate.

If you think you want to have two characters in training, all the time,
It's much better to have two accounts. Two accounts is hands down, a better value for the cost.
Cost is the same, but you can actually log in both at once.

If you want to put a 'cap' or limit on the second character. then just train an alt on your current account and use the 3 plex in question to dual train on one account.

I have an account dedicated to just training alts.

The current alt is nearly finished (78m SP). When done, it will likely never train again, so will be transferred to this account.
