Progressive State are a dedicated Caldari military support unit consisting of former Caldari Navy and State Protectorate pilots.

We are looking to recruit combat experienced pilots who are ready to move into nul-sec. Once we have enough pilots to create a strong support fleet we will be joining a well established Alliance who hold their own systems.
Many of the existing members are former Militia pilots and are experienced in small scale fleet warfare, preferring tactics over numbers. If you are seeking large Battleship/Capital Ship fleet warfare then you should look elsewhere. Anyone who has had experience in the Militia would be an ideal addition to our ranks. Our plans are to support the Alliance when we are needed and to neutralise any pirate activity in the area.

Our hours of operation are mainly EU Timezone. We have a relatively relaxed approach and aim to enjoy our time but you must also be prepared to join any Alliance fleets that require your presence.

For security reasons we must impose the following restrictions on all applications.
- Must have held a pilots licence for at least 90 days
- Must have a positive security status
- Must have a basic level of competency and a professional approach
- Must have the means/equipment available to use voice communications
- Must be willing to engage in combat when needed and be financially prepared to support their losses
