Just a quick note from me: My flight arrives at 4:30.
Will be at the hotel (Skjaldbreid) hopefully at 06:00.
Then running to CCP HQ :D

So i might arrive just prior 7pm.

That's one way to stretch your legs after a long flight. :) Also from what I've read about when the bus leaves, you should be just fine.

Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully it leaves plenty of time :) Would be nice to know how many players are arriving the day of the match. I imagine there's a lot of Fanfest attendees arriving on the 4:30 european flight.

I get in early Tues morning, but going to spend the day hitting up some waterfalls, should be back in town in plenty of time to grab some grub and make it to CCP.

Oh yea, that was my thought too.. I hope there are no girls watching us! :D
And no beer in the arena is a bad thing too, because to be drunk is always a good excuse if the performance is bad... :-)

Yeah that should be fine. We're even thinking about getting transport for spectators, if there is demand for it :)


With this thread saying 'should be fine' and the newest one stating bus is full...my request for "wives" to join us on the players bus...this still OK/Accurate? If i understand correctly there is a players bus leaving at 1830 and a spectators bus leaving at 1900?

i recommend you to get to the office in time and see wether you get a seat. if not, there will be others there and you can gang up and take a taxi - won't be too expensive i'd say. stay calm, gate is green.

Seek me out at the office around 18:30, and I'll figure something out. We only had a limited amount of seats for the bus, and needed signups to keep it civilized. We won't, however, leave the players' spouses behind :)

Also, we'd appreciate immediate updates if there are any delays in flights that may interfere with this game. There should be wifi in aiports/planes these days Big smile

If you are sober after the game, I will be disappointed Big smile

But quite seriously, you will not be allowed to play if you appear intoxicated in anyway before the game. We do not want anybody getting injured and there is more than enough time after the game and during the week to get drunk.
