I need to buy some FedMart Reports for a mission, none are on contract it would seem, does anyone have any i could buy ( as long as the price is not ridiculous)

Yes, but apparently I had interacted with another NPC agent which was needed for the job about 2 years ago, They basically told me tough luck. I marked the misison as failed now.
