I can't seem to get into Eve either. Even if I do manage to log in, I am unable to stay connected before I lose the socket and then the error log message comes up.

What other information can I provide to get help with this issue?

Yup, still looking for help. So far I've reinstalled all drivers, reinstalled the Eve Client, reinstalled my OS. Any information anyone may have would be helpful.

I've started to get this same error also.
It's seems to happen as soon as EVE reaches the 3.7GB mark in memory ussage. (in my case)

Hi Leonardo,

Could I ask that you grab some client logs to better inform us of what the client is actually doing?

If you open the installation directory of EVE there will be an executable file called "Logserver.exe". Launch this before you run EVE, select File > New Workspace, then Tools > Ensure "Server mode (100,000)" has a tick next to it.

Launch EVE once you have set that up and continue to play until the crash occurs. Once that happens, save the logs from Logserver (File > Save Workspace As) to an easy-to-remember location.

Once you have the saved logfile, please create a bug from the following link with my name tagged in the description somewhere:

https://community.eveonline.com/support/bug-reports/

Give a brief description of what you were doing when the crash occurred and be sure to attach the logfile that you saved earlier.

Once we have that logfile we can better diagnose what's going wrong.

Best,

Sledgehammer.

I'm have Windows 7 64 bit. I'll do the logs as requested tonight when I log in. I will say that every time I've had this error I've been in an asteroid belt in Lowsec killing Sansha NPC's using drones.
