Actually I have honored every ransom that I have conducted. I have been involved in ganks on targets that have paid ransoms to other players, but that's not my style and is part of why I'm no longer in code. Conflict resolution can be a very violent process in New Eden, and BeBopARebop RhubarbPie's Space Mediation Service is here to stem the violence. Perhaps you would like to sit in on our next case? Business has slowed since leaving code, but I would be more than happy to have some oversight from the non-violent extremists side of the high sec community.

I believe that Mooses is referring to the fact that the said group grr-ed too hard and we had to apply copious butthurt salve. Once the salve was applied, violence stopped and the said group returned to compliance.

The people that ould actually benefit from this advice generally are not ones that read the forums. All you're really doing is stating the blindingly obvious.
