its the fact of constant war dec and chasing, if an effort is made to continually follow a target across the galaxy and war dec every corp he is in by the same person (or group), it is harassment.

and no to the shuttle thing, people have been banned for undocking and dropping an orca load of shuttles

You appear to have missed out that this only happens when it is done to intentionally cause lag.

Dropping ships, on or off-grid, for the purpose of reshipping is a legitimate use of both the Orca and the Bowhead, and has been for some time.

The latest example being hyperdunking which in itself in an adaptation of a technique that has long been used for POS bashes.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

once i had waded though the gibberish of the post a few times, this seems familiar

if you wanted to kill the undefended 2 POS labs in a 0.5 sec system , why didn't you just shoot them. they died easy , you watched it happen :)

chain ganking, (hyperdunking ) isn't an exploit :) as posted on the forums by CCP

im not someones alt I just look for targets , you just happened to be in my way :)

BTW have you replaced your (expensive) implants yet :) inquiring minds are interested

of course I could be completely wrong and this is about something else :)

OP...first, walk to your nearest church/temple/mosque/pagan-grove and thank the deity of your choice that a game like EvE exists in the first place, where the acts of a player can have real consequences with other players.

Secondly, consider. (Pay close attention to items #6 and 7)

OP only way to be sure is file a petition. If Johan is in a NPC corp and is trying to evade those guys and they are still following him arround to specificaly annoy him this would exactly be what CCP defined as harassment.

While I love this game for its cutthroat mechanics I think there realy should be some borders on an individual level and in my opinion CCP handled it nice so far with the few incidents we had (*cough* Erotica1 or whatever)

OP another tip is to move to low/npc-null for a while. The most "wardec-heroes" from highsec will hit invisible walls on low/null gates :P

Have your friend join the eternal war of Red Federation vs Blue Republic. We get war decced all the time with little impact. After a few weeks, he can drop and most likely will have been forgotten.

You know that little pain you get behind the eyes when you have to decipher threads like this? Today it's not a little pain after trying to read this thread.

OP, while I realize english my not be your first language, surely you know someone who speaks a reasonable level of english who you can filter these posts through. At the very least, google translate would be easier to read than what you're posting.
