Hi,

since nobody is answering my ticket for about 30 days now I will start to ask for help here.

I used a Jump Bridge in a Pod without having any timers and ended up with a Jump Timer of 23 hours and a Fatigue Timer of 35 Days!

Does anybody ever had such a problem? I used the same JB from time to time and always just had ~ 12 min timer.

I have the english client and asked for help in english so it isn't a language problem either.... really frustrated about the bad service even f2p titles have faster support then this!

Is this error known in any way?

I had the exact same problem in december. I sent in a ticket on it and got a BS response. As a result I was unable to use any jump bridges for over a month. I sent a reply about the issue and on the last three days of the cool down they reset it. I was unable to use that character properly because of ajn ingame bug and reciev ed no compensation for it.

I would just send in another ticket and another till they reset it for you. All i gotta say is that i hope they fix it for you! Im still waiting on some sort of compensation that I will probably never recieve.
