MWD kestrel and breacher are some of my go-to faves for cheap tacklers, they run 4-6m ISK fully fitted and with MASB and blue pill can take a good amount of damage.

Sisi Test Server is a great place to practice without blowing your budget.

Almost any build will work once you understand your mechanics. I wrote a tutorial on basics a while back.

Take a look. If you understand the mechanics and design how you want to fight... You will not have any trouble making the perfect build.

Contact me in game if you need help. I enjoy teaching.

Well im mainly minnie biased. Cheap frig is the breacher. Can go rockets or LML. Though after lml nerf, itll struggle to do over 100dps. Or you can full **** fit with dual tank rocket breacher. MASB + AAR.

A cheap minny cruiser that murders frigs is RLML belli. Fit single TP, dual LSE and fill the lows with bcus and nanos. Can pump out ~350dps out to 42km no problem. With TP bonus, it applies that damage very well. The only frigs that survive are linked/implanted AF (hawk).

The stabber can do similar.. but medium projectiles are pretty **** atm. Fighting in falloff, coupled with overall lower dps than other turrets is kinda lame. Easier to get fights in a belli though. They just see ewar cruiser and think easy kill.

I would stick to t1 cruiser and below ships for one the insurance is amazing and also the smaller ships are faster more maneuverable (less....committed I guess) - u have more chance of getting out if faster if the situation goes bad. And they are cheaper wih his good for pvp.

Let me present to u the arty thrasher.
