Getting a black screen for a few seconds everytime I jump or undock

Hi,

As said in the title, I keep getting a black screen for a few seconds everytime I undock and/or jump, I can prevent it by jumping by jumping with the ESC menu open. Also when I keep doing that menu thing and I alt tab back I see a very blurred screen with every colour mixed which disables me to see anything, Althought alt ctrl del and then opening task manager makes it return to normal.

I have updated my driver, Can anyone help please?

Obviously playing on the lowest settings possible.

Edit: It also freezes.
