2004 does even add isk to a char these days.
However if you were able to keep him for a little bit longer and push those t3 skills and finely tune him a bit you will be able to command that extra bit of isk.

With indy involved it will dent the isk buffer a bit so I would stat at the 16 bill mark and see how it goes
