Im guessing you were training rhea?.

If this is the case keep plugging away a little bit longer to get that skill injected and you will be able to command more isk respect.

Excellent rhea chars can command up to 9 bill but currently he can only command freighter isk.

Prob around 4 bill.

If selling and not injecting the JF skill I would explain how many days off the rhea and start with 3.5 bill
