When is this going to be turned back on?

The new EVEMon with custom APIs is terrible and misinformed me about how much time one of my accounts had remaining. Christmas gift selection is over, so when is Plex 4 hours coming back?

And when will CCP figure out a better way to keep it enabled while they give us Christmas gifts?
